How we handle it
Renovation plumbing has to be right before the walls close. Our licensed plumbers pressure-test new lines and set shower valves and drains to suit the fixtures and tile you've chosen.
In older homes we check what the existing pipes are made of. Galvanized steel and other outdated materials are much cheaper to replace while walls are already open.
Plumbing is a regulated trade in Ontario. Our plumbing work is done by licensed plumbers, with permits and inspections where your municipality requires them.
Common questions
Can you move a toilet or sink?
Yes. The cost depends on where the existing drain and vent run. We'll look and give you a clear answer before you commit.
Tank or tankless water heater?
Tankless saves space and heats on demand but costs more to install and may need gas line or venting changes. We'll price both for your home.
Do you handle emergencies?
Call us. If we can't get there quickly ourselves, we'll tell you straight away.
