A renovation company built by a tile setter.
Star Renovators was founded by Vasyl Kostiuk to give homeowners one accountable contractor for every trade.
The last trade in sees everything.
Tile goes in near the end of a renovation. By then, every earlier decision is locked in.
If the framing is out, the tile shows it. If the plumber set the drain a little off centre, the tile shows it. If the floor wasn't levelled, the tile cracks. Vasyl Kostiuk spent years as a tile setter correcting those problems before he could begin his own work.
Star Renovators is his answer: bring the trades together under one name and manage them to the standard the finished surface demands. Carpenters, plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, painters, roofers and landscapers, coordinated by people who know how each stage affects the next.
