How we handle it
Most of a paint job is preparation. We fill, sand, caulk and prime before colour goes on, and we cover floors and furniture properly.
On exteriors we scrape and prime bare wood, replace failed caulking, and schedule around weather so the paint cures as it should.
When painting is part of a larger project, we schedule it after the dusty trades are finished and before final fixtures, so the finish stays clean.

Do you remove popcorn ceilings?
Yes. In older homes we recommend testing the texture for asbestos first, and we can arrange that.
How long does interior painting take?
A few rooms are typically done in days. A whole house depends on its size and how much repair the walls need.
Can you paint kitchen cabinets?
Yes, with proper cleaning, sanding, bonding primer and a durable finish coat.
