Yes. If you only need tile set, a room painted or a door replaced, we do that too.

Yes. When a project needs a building, plumbing or electrical permit, we arrange the drawings, submit the application and book the inspections.

We visit, look at the space and talk through what you want. You then get a written, itemized quote so you can see what each part of the job costs.

Yes. We follow your building's renovation rules, including insurance certificates, elevator bookings and permitted working hours.

For a single room, no. For large multi-room projects we'll plan phases with you and tell you honestly if moving out for part of it would be easier.

We stop, show you what we found, and give you a written price for dealing with it. Work continues once you approve.

Yes. Check quantities and specifications with us first so the right setting materials, trims and fittings are on site.
