How we handle it
Large projects fail on coordination more often than on craft. As your general contractor we sequence the trades, order materials ahead of when they're needed, and keep one running list of decisions so nothing gets missed between the plumber and the tile setter.
You get a written scope and an itemized quote before work begins. If something unexpected turns up behind a wall, we show you, price the change in writing, and wait for your approval.
Any change to scope or price is written down and approved by you before the work is done. No surprises on the final invoice.
Common questions
Can we live in the house during a large renovation?
Often yes, if the work is done in phases. We'll plan which rooms are out of service and when, and seal off work areas to control dust.
Do you provide drawings?
We arrange permit drawings and engineering through designers and engineers we work with, or we can build from plans you already have.
How do payments work?
Payments are tied to milestones set out in your contract, so what you've paid tracks what has been completed.
