How we handle it
We start with how you use the room: who uses it, what's annoying about it now, and what has to stay where it is. Moving a toilet or a drain is possible but changes the budget, so we tell you early what each choice costs.
Demolition, plumbing rough-in, electrical, waterproofing, tile, vanity, glass and paint are booked in sequence before work starts. You get one schedule and one person to call.
Every shower we build gets a continuous waterproofing system and is checked before tile goes on. Plumbing and electrical changes are done by licensed trades.
Common questions
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A typical full bathroom takes a few weeks of site work once materials are on hand. Custom glass and special-order items are the usual cause of delays, so we order those first.
Can we keep using the bathroom during the work?
Not the one being renovated. If it's your only bathroom, tell us at the first visit and we'll plan the sequence to keep the downtime as short as possible.
Do I need a permit?
Replacing fixtures in the same place usually doesn't need one. Moving plumbing, adding a bathroom or changing structure often does. We check your municipality's rules and handle the application when a permit is needed.
